Terms & conditions
Small print, kept human.
updated 14 September 2026Everything here is my own unofficial fan work. The games and their names belong to their makers. My mods come with no warranty — back up your saves. If we work together on something commissioned, our agreement outranks this page.
Who runs this site
otdan.com is the personal portfolio of Daniel Ostaszewski ("otDan"). Questions about anything on this page can go to otdanofficial@gmail.com.
Unofficial fan work
The projects shown here are unofficial, fan-made modifications and plugins, and this site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any game developer or publisher. In particular:
- This site is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.
- Rounds is a game by Landfall; Brotato is a game by Blobfish; the Godot Engine is maintained by its contributors. Their names and marks belong to them.
- Pokémon and all related names are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK Inc.; fan servers and plugins for them are not official products.
All trademarks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used here only to identify the games the work is made for.
Downloading and using my mods
My mods and plugins are distributed through Thunderstore, SpigotMC and GitHub, under the licences shown on each of their pages. By using them you also accept the terms of those platforms.
Mods are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Modifying a game can corrupt saves or worlds — back up your data before installing anything. I'm not liable for lost worlds, broken servers, or any other damage that follows from using the work.
Content on this site
The text, design and code of otdan.com are © Daniel Ostaszewski. Ask before republishing substantial parts of it. Screenshots, videos and other media are shown to document my own work; where a project was made for a client or publisher, it appears as a portfolio reference and all rights in the underlying game or brand stay with their owners.
Commissioned work
Client and commissioned work is governed by the individual agreement we sign for that project. Nothing on this page overrides the terms we agree on directly.
External links
This site links to third-party platforms and communities. I make no promises about their content and I'm not responsible for what they do with you once you get there.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the site grows; the date at the top shows when they last changed. The version in force for any commissioned work is the one agreed in that project's contract.
